Buy / sell

If you’re thinking of buying and selling these gift cards, take a look at my not so good experience (see “Gift card churning gone wrong”).  I’m still sitting on some of the 25% off cards…

Cool beans. In for $490 worth of gift cards.
Can you combine gift cards @ jc penny.com?
Looks like I’ll be getting my dresser for $347 rather than $535. Thanks FM!! Hopefully all the cashback works out. If its not filled out, I will report a purchas for the lab. How much cashback will I get with a purchase using 2 giftcards with the remainder of the purchase on a card.

Daniel

Anyone have experience as to tell how long it would take physical gift cards to come in?

Steve

This is good for me. My wife’s looking at a $500 dresser from jcp.
This oughta bring that down to 300 ish.
cardpool is reliable for egiftcard purchases right?

THEsocalledfan: correct, this deal is best for buying actual merchandise

Steve: in my experience, yes

Daniel: I don’t remember. I usually get electronic gift cards from cardpool

THEsocalledfan

FYI, it appears PJ for sales would be around 60%, so looks only good to buy clothes…..

Is there a way to find out how popular certain items are on Amazon if you’re looking for items to resell?

FrequentMiler

Kadence: Amazon lets you browse through best sellers, but I don’t know of a way to pick an item and find out how well it sells.

Srini

@FM,
The TopCashBack site says that they are unable to accept missing cashback claims from cardpool.com

Have you had any experience with this?

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Srini: So far I’ve received all of the cash back I’m due through TopCashBack and Cardpool. YMMV
