Just turned down trying to load a bbird card with Visa gift cards @ Walmart in SE PA. Was told an email came from HQ saying it’s no longer an option because of ‘money laundering.
Was that at the King of Prussia store? I’ve had issues there in the past and there is one manager that makes a big deal every time. Hopefully that’s where you went, and if so it may be specific to that store. I still used the kiosk there successfully and I had success at other stores in the area.
