  1. Gift cards issued by who (like US Bank) are pin enabled? And can visa gift cards be purchased with credit cards at Kroger?

    • Yes both Visa and MC gift cards issued by US Bank are pin-enabled. The pin is normally in the packaging, but if not you can set it via the telephone.

      Some Kroger stores allow the purchase of gift cards with a credit card and some don’t. Within my city it is a store by store policy, so there isn’t any blanket rule.
