There are several gift card deals available today via eBay from both Paypal Digital Gifts and GiftCardMall. Purchases from Paypal Digital Gifts generally earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points with Chase Ink, while purchases from GiftCardMall do not.
You should also earn 2% back in eBay Bucks for these purchases plus you can earn up to 1.1% back via a shopping portal.

In the past, some gift cards purchased from GiftCardMall via eBay were coded as cash advances. I have not heard of any cases of this recently, but it may be prudent to use a card with a cash advance limit set to $0. You can also purchase eBay gift cards and then use those to purchase these gift cards to be safe.
