It has been awhile since Chase has added a new transfer partner to Ultimate Rewards. Thankfully that has changed with the new addition of Air France KLM Flying Blue.
Things to Know
- Points transfer at a 1:1 ratio. For example 1,000 Ultimate Rewards become 1,000 Flying Blue miles.
- In most cases transfers are instant according to the Ultimate Rewards site.
- The ability to transfer to Flying Blue is active now.

Which is best to use for transfer to Flying Blue? I have AMEX (90k), CHASE (60k) and Citi points-120k
Would like to leave some to score Singapore or Etihad first class suite.
I’d probably say Citi points. They are generally the lease versatile and least valuable of the three transferable currencies. Not to mention Citi points are also your highest balance so if you have a solid redemption in mind for Flying Blue then I’d say go with Citi points.
