chase business checking bonus

Chase bank bonuses are normally targeted, however currently there is a way to generate a coupon code that will give up to $500 for opening a Chase Performance Business Checking account.

The Offer

  • Get $500 when you open a Chase Performance Business Checking® account and deposit $500 within 10 business days of account opening, and maintain that balance for 60 days.

Key Terms

  • Checking offer is not available to existing Chase business checking clients, local, state or federal Government entities or agencies, Not for Profit organizations, Political Action Committees, or those with fiduciary accounts, campaign accounts, or whose accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance.
  • You can only receive one business checking account- related bonus per calendar year.
  • Bonuses are considered interest and may be reported on IRS Form 1099- INT (or Form 1042-S, if applicable).
  • If the checking account is closed by the client or Chase within six months after opening, we will deduct the bonus amount for that account at closing.

Is Chase sensitive to lots of Chex inquiries?

[…] If possible, deposit at least $10,000 with Chase (this can be all in one account or spread across several).  And, you might as well earn $500 while doing so. […]

Code worked for me a few days ago, but only the second one. First try was rejected as already used, and by then the checking account was actually opened. Branch staff advised me to return with a fresh code the next day, and surprisingly everything worked out on the $500 bonus, but I was nonchalant. That’s because I received pre-approval for the Ink Cash after the checking account application was successfully processed. That was my actual goal (well, the Ink Plus was the goal, but the Cash was very nice itself). I’m a Chase customer with a DBA and a FEIN, both with a few years on them, solid credit and no 5/24 trouble, but I have not actually conducted any, you know, business — and the way things worked out, I wasn’t asked if I had. I’m pleased as punch. Oh, and there’s a 30K UR signup bonus on the Ink after $3K spend in 90 days, aka, 45K UR points if you want to be inadvisably focused on category spend.

Sebastian A

can anyone confirm this deal is still valid for in branch acconut openings? I will be in the US soon and I wanna jump on this

Stephanie

Yes, I used it today. All above info from editor is correct. The codes are iffy tho – I downloaded one and printed it, and when the bank rep tried to use the code it told him the # had already been used. So, I got a new code (same link from this page), and that one worked! Great deal!

Charles

Thank you. I looks like it will be two years without $1k before anyone can benefit from the bonus.

Terms also say:
“Account Closing: If the checking account is closed by the client or Chase within six months after opening, we will deduct the bonus amount for that account at closing.”
