Via today’s Frequent Miler Portal Alert for 11/17/2016, we find that the AAdvantage eShopping Portal is offering enhanced rates at many stores. Here’s the Travel Mileage Increases from today’s Portal Alert, with the name of the portal added in (most are AA).

I haven’t tested the above table earlier. But as of right now, all the cashbackmonitor links I’ve tried are NOT confirmed by the actual portals.
For example AA is paying 3 mi/$ on J.Crew (not 15), and 7 mi/$ on shoebuy.com (not 20).
