Delta is running a terrific flash sale on flights to and from New York, with round trip prices starting from 11,000 miles (NYC-Boston). There are specific cities listed here on the promotion page, but I’ve found that there are more cities that seem to be on sale and some are at better-than-advertised prices.

Quick Thoughts

As I said, some fares priced out better than expected. For instance, the promotion page lists Denver at 16,000 miles round trip (8K each way). However, I found it available for just 7500 miles each way — and even before November 1st.

For those concerned that it’s just one flight with nineteen stops each day, you’ll be happy to see that at the time of writing, there is a lot of availability on flights throughout the day.

I also found availability to cities that are not listed in the sale. For example, here is New York to Seattle for just 9,500 miles one-way.

Only a few of those routes were nonstop on the dates I checked, but I found plenty of nonstop availability between New York and San Francisco. Check out all of the nonstop flights for 10K on November 8th.

Plenty more routes are available and prices are good in both directions and one-way as well as round-trip. Head over to Delta.com to search for dates and cities. Remember that you must book by 11:59pm ET tomorrow night (October 12th), but some routes may sell out before then.
