Checking through my Amex Offers this morning, I saw some nice new offers — including for points or money at Raymour & Flanigan and a new Boxed.com offer. Furthermore, I did not receive the targeted Delta offer last week, but it popped up on one of my offers today.

Raymour & Flanigan: Spend $750+, get either 11,500 Membership Rewards points or $115 back (check your offer for details)

Why it’s good: If you need furniture and are looking at something through Raymour & Flanigan this holiday season, $115 back on top of whatever savings you can negotiate looks like a nice enough deal. However, I’d prefer 11,500 Membership Rewards points in this spot. Based on our Reasonable Redemption Values, those are worth north of $200 — though you can certainly get more value by putting them towards the right redemptions.

Expires: 1/21/18

Boxed.com: Spend $75, get 2,000 Membership Rewards points

Why it’s good: Boxed doesn’t always have the best prices around, but there will surely be some holiday promotions that make them competitive. This offer is north nearly half back based on our redemption values — though you may value Membership Rewards points more or less than we do. I imagine there is probably also a $20 back version of this offer, but I didn’t see it on any of our cards.

Expires: 12/31/17

The Art of Shaving: Spend $125+get $25 back

Why it’s good: I don’t actually know if this offer is great, but I know it’s a popular store and though the offer might be of interest as we head into Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

Expires: 12/31/17

Delta: Spend $300+, get $60 back

Why it’s good: Saving $60 on a flight is always a good deal if you have to make a booking. This one won’t get me to run out and book a flight just to take advantage of it, but I’ll be happy to have it if the right sale comes along. Interestingly, I did not have this offer on any of my accounts last week when it first came out. This has happened to me several times recently, so don’t forget to check back in with your offers periodically to see if you got a delayed roll-out on a popular offer like this.

Expires: 1/8/18

Bottom line

Amex Offers are a great benefit. I often use them to save some money on purchases I was already planning to make. In don’t know for sure that I’ll use any of the offers above, but I’m always glad to have them when I stumble on a deal. See our Complete Guide to Amex Offers for more on syncing an offer to multiple cards.
