Chase Pay is out with a new targeted promotion offering money back when ordering ahead at a restaurant. Doctor of Credit reports an offer of $25 back on $25. I only had a welcome offer for $10 back on $10 on my first order in my account, presumably because I had never used Chase Pay to order ahead. Either offer is nice if you plan to order ahead at a restaurant — might as well get some free food.
The Deal
- Targeted Chase Pay offer for up to $25 back on $25 when you order ahead and use Chase Pay
Key Terms
- Expires 3/31/18
Quick Thoughts
As noted above, I did not receive the $25 back on $25 offer but rather had a $10 back on $10 first-time use offer. To see if you’ve been targeted, log into Chase Pay on your phone and then click “order” in the bottom menu bar.
Then tap a restaurant to select it. On the restaurant view page, click the tab at the top that says “offers”:
I tried a number of different restaurants and selecting different cards as my primary card, but I saw the same $10 welcome offer on each. That’s still probably enough to entice me the next time this is convenient, but $25 back on $25 would be great.
