Can you split payment for Alaska Airlines companion fare?

Arguably the most valuable benefit of the Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa cards is the annual companion fare. This discount code allows the cardholder to add a companion to a reservation for just $99 + taxes/fees (starting from $121 total).
