OK, as a thank you for your efforts in writting your blog I applied for the CHASE BOLD through your site. Response was “will contact you in 10-30 days…..” This is the first time that I have ever not been approved immediatly. I have both the Chase Sapphire and Freedom cards; Fako score of 775 and my business has been active for over -9- years. Make a telephone call?? What number? Please advise.
Thanks! It’s not at all unusual to get a pending decision. Normally I would suggest calling the reconsideration line right away, but I’ve heard that they are too swamped right now. Instead, I’d recommend that you wait for a decision and then call recon (800-453-9719) only if you were denied.
