I do not have the full amount either yet, so I will wait a few days and see what happens before contacting them. Glad to know I’m not the only one! Hopefully it is simply a delay.
I just received a Transaction Notification from TCB for this eBay deal. I signed into my account and found that I have .02 cents pending (from my $1.15 purchase), not $10 as advertised. I am certain that I signed up when the deal was still being offering as I went back to TCB several times after my transaction was complete and the deal was being offered.
Have anyone received the correct amount? FM, do you have an email address directly to someone that can help?

I also have just 2 cents showing as pending. I’m going to give it a few days before worrying about it. They might have a manual process for granting the $10. The best approach for contacting them right now is to file a support ticket. If that doesn’t work you can email them: support@topcashback.com
