eBay is sending out a targeted offer for select users giving $15 of $100 on select gift cards. The offer does say that it is targeted, however I do believe anyone with the link (see below) should be able to receive the discount.

Which Cards?
For the most part, this deal is good for people looking to purchase cards for a merchant they actually shop at. There is one exception though. Best Buy gift codes can be sold to SaveYa for 88% of their face value, meaning this is a possible $3 money maker! (They limit you to 2 x $50 cards.)
More importantly, this could be a good way to burn some of those eBay Bucks that you have lying around. Also, gift card purchases from Paypal Digital Gifts have been known to earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points in the past with the Chase Ink.

Here is the direct link that was provided in the Daily Deals email to me. I do not believe it is tied directly to my account, but cannot guarantee that it will work for you. I was unable to find this promotion anywhere on the eBay site, so I don’t think you will be able to stack this discount with a portal.

Update: Link works. But, the list of eligible gift cards has changed. When I clicked, the most useful gift cards (i.e. BestBuy, CVS, Domino’s, and Southwest) are not longer listed.
