Can you buy the best buy gc on ebay and then use the best buy gc to buy ebay gc’s in store?
Can you purchase these with eBay gift cards? None of the cards I’m interested in are sold by PPDG, so I don’t think I can get the 5X Ink bonus without first buying eBay gift cards from PPDG. I can’t keep track, I think they lifted the ban temporarily.

Super weird I went through a portal to buy a gift card and it was not processing, I then said F&^$ the portal and then the purchase went through.
Thanks for the recommendation. Yesterday my ebay gcs were not working to purchase BP gcs. I tried not using a portal based on your comment. Worked like a charm.
