Through October 30th 2016, Etihad is offering a 20% bonus on points transferred from a number of programs. The bonus is supplied after the fact by Etihad. Etihad has a decent award chart, and offers awards on many partners (found here). One big downside is that Etihad miles expire 3 years after earning regardless of whether there is activity in your account. So, don’t transfer points to Etihad unless you have a plan for using them!
Transfers from Amex, Citi, and SPG offer the best transfer ratios, but many other programs are supported:
