Stacking with Amex Offer
Recently American Express released an offer giving $20 off $100+ purchases at Staples. If you have a card with that offer and use it to pay via Visa Checkout, then you can effectively get $125 worth of merchandise for $80. Note that the amount charged to the Amex after the Visa Checkout discount must be $100 or more, but can include taxes.

“We’re Sorry! This offer is no longer available. The redemption limit was reached before 11/27/16.”
* And you can only use the AMEX $20 credit offer once per account (and they are not loading any more as they, too, have reached their limit)
* So . . . take away the $25 for Visa checkout discount and the $20 Amex Offer Credit — and you are down to $5 final profit + credit card rewards.

Tried it on a $100 gift card and got this message: “Promotion not applied:Minimum order total is not met. You only have $0.00 of items in your cart. Please add $100.00 worth of products to your cart and then apply the coupon once more.”

You say it is “one-day only” but then you say it ends on 11/27/16. Does the offer not start until 11/27?
I am not sure how to add amex card to visa checkout. I can add the card number and expiration date etc, but it asks for security code and wont take the 4 digits from front of the card.. and neither the 3 from back of the card..
Any ideas?
