Lowe’s & Exxon Amex Offers Reappearing On Business Cards

If you missed out on the recent Lowe’s and Exxon Mobil Amex Offers, check your accounts again today as the offers are reappearing.

10% Amex Offers

Due to their popularity, the Lowe’s and Exxon Mobil offers disappeared quickly, although strangely the Staples (and possibly the Dell) offers were still open for enrollment.

Nick and Greg have now noticed that the Lowe’s and Exxon Mobil Amex Offers have reappeared on their business cards, so have been able to add them. It’s not clear if it was a glitch which had removed them previously, or if American Express have opened up more capacity for these offers.

Either way, it’s great news if you thought you’d missed out on those two offers. The Lowe’s one in particular has the potential to be quite lucrative, especially if you have multiple American Express business cards. You get 10% back with up to $100 in statement credits, so it’s good on $1,000 of spend. Lowe’s stores have a good gift card selection, so you can get Amazon gift cards at a 10% discount, buy a couple of $500 VGCs / MGCs, etc.

Does Lowe’s sell $500 VGCs or MGCs? I thought they only sell the $200 ones. Where have you seen the $500 ones? Thanks.

All my authorized user business cards had the Staples offer initially, but not on my primary cards. Just happened to be perusing the offers a couple days ago and noticed the Staples offer had belatedly popped up on my primaries. Nice.

[…] Lyft can certainly be useful for those who use it (and note that I often find Lyft prices to be a bit cheaper than Uber…though admittedly, I probably use Uber more often out of habit). I don’t often get to Walgreen’s often as there isn’t one conveniently located for me, but those with a Walgreen’s nearby will be happy to earn 5x. Gas stations are an easy category for many people to max out — though don’t forget that those with Amex business cards might have a targeted Amex Offer for 10% back at Exxon-Mobil stations through November 30th. It’s worth checking your account to see if you are targeted for that as the offer disappeared after a day or two and then reappeared on some cards yesterday (See: Lowe’s & Exxon Amex Offers Reappearing On Business Cards).
