There are a couple of great flight deals going from the west coast today. As is always the case, these prices were accurate at the time of writing, but fares can change with the wind and vary tremendously from day to day. If you click through and don’t see the same prices, try adjusting dates. If you’re still unable to find the fare you’re after, there is a good chance that fares have changed. Here are two solid deals from the west coast today:
San Francisco to London
On select dates, fall and early winter fares from San Francisco to London have fallen to $291 round trip on Icelandair (free seat selection and carry-on bag, free stopover in Iceland). This is bookable via major OTAs like Priceline.
It’s easiest to find dates with Google Flights.
Los Angeles to Bali
Cheap prices are also available on flights to Bali early this winter, with flights in November (and potentially surrounding months) from $463 round trip out of Los Angeles. New York flights were on sale from $484, but I’m not able to replicate that price at the moment.
You’ll find the cheapest prices through airfare metasearch site Momondo, with fares starting at $463 round trip.
If you’re not comfortable with some of the smaller OTAs listed on Momondo, those same flights are bookable via major OTAs like Orbitz for $473. You can use Google Flights to look for dates. Availability begins in October, but is best in November.
Bottom line
These are both solid fares out of the west coast. They aren’t flat-bed seats and don’t include many frills, but they are solid deals if you’re looking for cheap economy class airfare.
