This week’s T-Mobile Tuesdays giveaways are a bit less generous than some weeks, though a $0.25/gal discount at Shell could come in handy (stack it with 5-7c/gal off for IHG Rewards club members). If you have a Baskin Robbins or T-Mobile store nearby, or photos you’d like to print, you may be interested in this week’s other freebies.

    • $0.25/gal discount at Shell
    • Free $2 gift card at Baskin Robbins
    • $2 SD Vudu movie rental
    • Free T-Mobile sunglasses (in-store)
    • 20 free 4×6 prints + free shipping at Snapfish

Key Terms

  • Be sure to activate all of these in the app by 4:59am Eastern time on 6/20/18
  • Many must be redeemed today and all of these must be used this week (some by 4:59 on 6/20, others expire on various days — check the terms of each offer)

Quick Thoughts

As noted at the top, Shell Fuel Rewards is a stackable deal. IHG Platinum members (such as those who hold the old IHG Rewards Club credit card or the new IHG Premier) already get $0.06/gal discount just for linking their IHG account (if you’re not a Platinum member, you can still get $0.05 off per gallon as a general member — those with Spire status get $0.07 off). This discount from T-Mobile Tuesdays will give you an additional $0.25 off per gallon. In my case, if I fill up by the 22nd, I can get a total of $0.31 off per gallon. Even if the Shell station were a few cents more per gallon, it would be hard not to come out ahead. Since we got an SUV a few months ago, fill-ups have become bigger. I’m not sure if I’ll pass a Shell in time (no Shells in my town), but if I do I’ll certainly look to take advantage of this.

I may actually take them up on the 20 free prints from Snapfish as well since it also includes free shipping. We’ve taken some baby pictures and probably have one or two we’d toss in a frame if we actually printed them out.

Personally, I love these freebies. They just add to the value of T-Mobile — which I’m already pretty happy with considering free roaming in ~140 countries. If you’d have asked me three years ago if I saw myself ever switching to T-Mobile, I’d have said absolutely not. Since switching last year, I don’t know as though I could go back. That’s not because of these two or three dollar freebies each week, but they sure don’t hurt.
