These digital coupons can be loaded to your account now, but you’ll only earn 4x fuel points on gift card purchases this weekend.
The coupon for third party gift cards says that you earn 4x fuel points on ‘participating gift cards’. That generic wording means 4x should be available on all third party gift cards (other than Kroger’s own gift cards), rather than being restricted to a specific category like the recent travel gift card offer.

I see these are fixed value, non-reloadable Visa/MC giftcards. To your knowledge, are there any activation or other fees?
Yes – I think the fees are something like $3.95-$5.95.

Unfortunately I don’t – those offers are targeted, so it’s a matter of luck as to whether or not you received them. Neither my wife nor I got those grocery store Amex Offers.
too bad for us, lol..if had it, would have made a small profit plus fuel pts at kroger where this chain rarely offers disc. on the card fee
