25K bonus on Altitude Go

US Bank has increased the offer on the Altitude Go card to 25,000 points after spending $1,000 in the first 90 days. As we noted back when the card launched, the key benefit on this card is the ability to earn an effective 4% back on dining with no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees. The increased offer may not move the needle though unless you were already considering this card.

25K points
25K after $1K spend in 90 days

No Annual Fee

FM Mini Review: This card offers solid return on dining - including takeout & delivery - and no annual or foreign transaction fees. That makes it a great option for those who prefer cash back.

Card Type: Visa

Earning rate: 4X take out, food delivery (including apps like GrubHub, UberEATS, etc), and dining ⚬ 2X grocery (including meal kit delivery), gas stations, and streaming services

Noteworthy perks: $15 credit for annual streaming services ( after 11 months of consecutive streaming service charges, the 12th month will get the $15 credit)

Quick Thoughts

Keep in mind that points earned on the Altitude Go can not be combined with points on the Altitude Reserve to use them for more value. You’ll get $0.01 per point with the Altitude Go and that’s it.

That means this increased offer is worth fifty bucks more than the previous offer, with the current bonus worth $250 after $1K in purchases. That’s a decent enough bonus and the dining return will make this a worthwhile contender for someone looking to reduce fees and increase cash or cash-like rewards.
