Looks like this card is gone.

Rob

Looks like the up to 70K link has expired. I’m now only seeing up to 60K. (50K + 10K).

Steve

FYI…The offer I get with this link doesn’t match the description above…
“Earn up to 75,000 AAdvantage® bonus milesEarn 50,000 bonus miles after spending $4,000 on purchases in the first 90 days, and earn 25,000 bonus miles after spending $10,000 in the first 12 months.

Nick Reyes

Fixed! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Will using Plastiq to pay my mortgage count towards the $2k spend? It’s a Mastercard so it appears it should (as per Plastiq’s chart and FM) and I don’t see any specific Barclays card restrictions. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Jay Moore

Does anyone have DP’s on the change of earning the bonus for a 2nd card under a different business? Both are legit small businesses (LLC’s)

fivegirls

I applied through this link today, and it is again offering 80k miles with a $95 credit!

John

I recently got this business card and received the bonus, but not Double Miles on one of the categories it claims to. My office telephone,TV and internet are with Comcast Infinity. They don’t give you double miles for Comcast, even though the Card rewards program says double miles on Telecommunication Services. I called and spoke to a representative who confirmed this. I always thought Comcast-Infinity would be considered a Telecommunications company because they provide Telephone-TV-Internet Service, but I guess not??

Jon

Barclays site no longer showing AA cards, oddly. Says this offer expired.

Slaven

Applied and was rejected we even with recon bec I already had this card in the past for another “business”.

Jon

Same here. When I applied they didn’t have an option to list an EIN (for a different business), so presumably it looked like the same biz.

DP – Looked everywhere for info on getting multiple of this card, and couldn’t find anything. I was able to get 2 of these business cards. First card approved instantly 11/7/19, received mileage bonus 12/7/19 after paying statement. Second card applied 12/8/19 through this page’s link, declined, called recon and explained I have two businesses. They asked for more details about businesses’ income, expenses, but did not ask for EINs. Approved second card by phone. I don’t know yet if the second card will receive bonus but hoping so since application was through this link.

Nick Reyes

Very interesting DP. They’ve been very tight on the personal Aviator, with many denied even after waiting more than a year since closing the previous card. Interesting to hear that the story may be different on the business card.

GemGal

Hi Nick, yes, the question will be if the second card also gets the bonus…I didn’t want to press my luck by asking during the recon phone call. Any thoughts on if I should call back and dig deeper on this?

A little more info: I was 7/24 including biz, 4/24 without at time of first AAviator application/approval. Today first applied for Amex Biz Gold and instantly approved, then moved on to this second AAviator. Technically I was at 9/24 with biz, 5/24 without at time of recon phone call. However I don’t think Amex has been doing hard pulls for me, I’m a customer since 1995.

On call, CSR asked for permission to do another hard pull, which I agreed. Questions about spouses income, etc. We have rental properties so they would have been able to see those mortgages as confirmation of at least one business. Asked about another CU loan (solar). First card CL was 14k, she said the max for this one would be 5k. I said let’s have them both at 5k.

Used number above for recon, phone rep answered immediately when I called, didn’t have to press a single number to be directed through their system. Very pleasant and easy to deal with, not overseas.

Nick Reyes

Apart from Amex, I can’t think of an issuer that approves the card application and then denies the bonus. I think that if you got approved, you should be good to go on the bonus.

Barclay’s doesn’t have any hard and fast rules in terms of the number of cards you’ve opened, so your X/24 count shouldn’t matter much. Barclay’s tends to be a little bit on the conservative side, but no firm rule here.

Glad to hear the call went well and congrats on the approval!

GemGal

Thank you, that’s good to hear! I’ll update with the results. Now need to get my P2 to be willing to recon a 2nd AAviator, and plus our two new Citi Biz AA’s we’ll have a tidy stash! Haven’t delved into personal AA cards yet because we’re working on SW CP and CIPs too.

This is up to 60K bonus now, but with a $1K spend requirement.

Looks like this offer is still alive as of August 10, 2018.
Just applied and was instantly approved for 5K.
I’m 9/24, closed Barclay Hawaiian in May’18, no other applications in 2018 except Chase Marriott Business.
Credit score in low 800.
