United waiving redeposit fees for cancelled flights

Over the past couple of days, we have seen several reports in our Frequent Miler Insiders Facebook group indicating that United is now waiving award redeposit fees on cancelled flights. To be clear, to my knowledge this is only on flights that have been cancelled by the airline, but it’s better than being told that you need to pay. Hilton extending status until 2022, pausing point expiration, flexible bookings

Hilton Honors has announced their plans to extend member status and pause points expiration and the news is very good: all members whose status was scheduled to be downgraded on March 31st will automatically receive an extension through March 31, 2021. Those who have 2020 status (i.e. those who earned status based on their 2019 stays) automatically receive an extension through March 31, 2022. Radisson extending status to 2022 and certificate expiration to 2021

Radisson Rewards has announced that they are extending elite status for those whose status would have expired in February 2021 until February 2022. Furthermore, they are extending the expiration dates for points and free night certificates set to expire in the next few months. Marriott response: Extended certs, upgrades, flexible cancellations

Marriott has updated its COVID-19 / coronavirus cancellation policies and made some really positive changes for members, making new and existing bookings more flexible while also extending the shelf-life of free night certificates, suite upgrade awards, and more.
