New Chase Offers are out today for many merchants, including 10% back at Lowe’s (up to $12 back), 10% back at Office Depot, 10% back at Starbucks, and quite a few other merchants. Note that I did not see these offers until I updated my Chase Mobile app, so if you’re still not seeing Chase Offers it’s worth trying that. Note that not everyone is targeted for all offers and some cards may not be showing offers. For example, I don’t have the Office Depot offer on any of my cards. I have different Starbucks offers on different cards in the same login. Some of my Chase cards have no offers — there is a lot of “YMMV” here.

Quick Thoughts
As noted at the top, I had to update my Chase Mobile app in order to see offers. Once I did, I merely had to scroll down to the bottom of the app (under my accounts and the section to open a new account) to see some offers listed:
From there, I clicked to “see all offers”. I could then choose which card number from a drop-down menu (you’ll need to know your cards by the last 4 digits since it doesn’t say which card is which apart from those digits).
Note that offers vary. My IHG card had no offers at all, while other cards had differing merchants and even differing offers for those merchants. For instance, I had 10% back at Starbucks on one card:
But another card only offered 5% back at Starbucks.
You’ll have to log in and add offers to your card via Chase Mobile (or perhaps some people are seeing offers via Chase Pay?).
The offer for Lowe’s is particularly attractive since Lowe’s sells a range of gift cards, including Visas, and the terms don’t seem to have any gift card exclusions.
The Starbucks offer might also be attractive for many.
Further, with Black Friday coming, many of the 10% offers could stack nicely with this week’s promos. We’ve added this to the “merchandise” section of our Black Friday Deals master post.

I see same offers on all of my Chase credit cards. i.e.: Lowe’s 10% back
Que: Are these offers like BoA, 1 per the entire account or 1 per each Chase credit card account?
We think it is 1 per Chase card. I’m basing that on the fact that I received different offers on different cards. For example, I got 10% back at Starbucks on one card and 5% back at Starbucks on another card (in the same Chase login) – so I assume they have to work separately on each card. The back end is the same as BoA, but I think it’s once per card.
@Nick Reyes, thanks for the response. I think the same as you. Will do some transaction over this weekend on couple of card and see if the offer triggers on both cards and will update!
very interesting. I’m still a bit confused on the basics. So I gather that to load these offers to the card(s), we have to use the chase pay app. But once the offer is loaded to a given card, does the offer apply to the merchant if the transaction if with the “loaded card” — regardless of whether the transaction if via the app, or on-line, or good ole fashioned plastic? (I’m seeing very ambivalent, even confusing wording under each offer) What’s the initial experience?
You can load the offers from either the Chase banking app or the Chase Pay app (but not as many offers show up in the latter I believe). Once loaded, you can pay directly with your card.
1st time I ever looked at the offers on my Mobile app – thanks. Since my teens have Chase checking/debit cards under my login I was able to add a Starbucks offer for each of them (one twin got 5% and the other 10%).

So the exclusion of third party purchases is not referring to third party gift cards?

Any reason you didn’t simply use the screenshot feature of your phone instead of taking a photo of it?
Yes. Chase blocks the screen shot feature on both Chase Mobile and Chase Pay on Android.
Does it take a while for offers to show up once you install the app? Or is there a way to force/request them?
I have 8 cards, personal and business, but no offers at all. Thanks.
Are they all in one login?
One login. 6 personal under one “group” and one each business card in solo groups (because there is a slight difference in name). Just installed the app this morning.
That might be the problem. Business cards aren’t showing offers yet to my knowledge and I know that people with both business and personal in the same login had trouble getting Chase Pay set up initially.
After about 6 hours the offers started showing up. None on my business cards and none/few on cards I have not used much. Hyatt Card, which I have been hitting hard going for Globalist, ended up with 21. No Office Depot, unfortunately.
Good to know! Also consistent with what we’ve anecdotally found so far (Greg was the first of us to notice that the card he used most had tons of offers and those he didn’t use much and few/none, and that’s fairly consistent with my cards).

Finally got offers today. Was excited to see a 20% off Hyatt on my Hyatt card as I have a points trip coming up, but details show it only applies to bookings made at Hyatt.com.
Is the only place to see Chase Offers on the app or can I login into the Chase website from my desktop.
App only so far. Some have said either Chase Mobile or Chase Pay (two separate Chase apps). Not showing on the website thus far.
