Citi ThankYou points is offering a 30% bonus on points transferred to JetBlue TrueBlue for transfers through 5/19/18.

The Deal

  • Get a 30% bonus when you transfer ThankYou points to JetBlue

Key Terms

  • Valid on transfers until 5/19/18

Quick Thoughts

The normal transfer ratios from ThankYou points to TrueBlue depend on which card you hold. If you have the Citi Prestige card or the Citi ThankYou Premier card, the normal transfer ratio is 1,000 ThankYou points to 800 TrueBlue points. With the transfer bonus, that ratio bumps up to 1,000:1,040.

If you have the Citi ThankYou Preferred, the normal transfer ratio is 1,000:500 – so with this transfer bonus, 1,000 ThankYou points would get you 650 TrueBlue points.

According to our Reasonable Redemption Values, JetBlue TrueBlue points are worth about 1.46 cents each toward airfare. With this transfer bonus, you’re getting around 1.5 cents per point in value if you have the Prestige or ThankYou Premier card. That’s not bad if you’ve got plans to fly on JetBlue.

As always, we’ve added this bonus to our Current point transfer bonuses resource page.
