Delta + United Portal Promotions

Yesterday, we posted about a couple of airline shopping portal promotions. Delta has joined the party with a chance to earn 1,000 bonus miles based on spend, and some readers pointed out that United was first to the party with up to 3,000 bonus miles. Quick Thoughts

Delta is offering a smaller bonus than those currently being offered by American, Southwest, and United, but some bonus beats no bonus if you plan to buy something and are looking for Delta SkyMiles. The United promotion offers both the highest return and highest rate of return on spend, so if you’re looking to spend a bit more than the thresholds for other airlines, United could be a good choice.
