Newegg is selling $100 Hotels.com gift cards for only $85. There’s a limit of two, but it might be possible to exceed that in the coming days.

Key Terms

  • Limit 2 per customer.
  • Expires 7/30/18

Quick Thoughts

The terms state that it’s only two per customer, but it’s usually possible to buy two more gift cards a couple of days later. In my experience, it has to be exactly 48 hours or more, not just two calendar days. So long as they don’t sell out of discounted Hotels.com gift cards before Monday, that means you should be able to order eight cards in that time.

Gift cards are excluded from cashback when going through a portal, but it’s worth giving it a try anyway in case it tracks. Most airline portals are currently offering spending bonuses; if a purchase of two gift cards gets tracked, the transaction amount would be enough to trigger the first tier of all those spending bonuses.

There’s also a separate Nike gift card deal. With that one, you get a $10 egift card free when buying a $50 card. The $10 card is automatically added to your shopping cart when adding a $50 Nike gift card. Similar to the Hotels.com deal, there’s a limit of two and with this one it’s definitely possible to buy another two 48 hours later.
