Quick Thoughts
Expedia ran similar promotions in November and December. The previous discounts were much better (like $25 off of $30 or more), but the booking windows were much shorter. This time around, you have almost two weeks left to book an activity within the next 6+ months. Of course, you should shop around and check prices against Viator or other similar services. That said, this could potentially working out for certain tours/shows/airport transfers – YMMV.

Many thanks, Nick! I just used the Expedia code for an activity on an upcoming trip to Rome.
Code appears to be one-time use, and based on my trial-and-error, it appears that they track by both email address and credit card – so if you want to use multiple times, you should use a different email address and a different card.
Stack it up with a shopping portal – top option today is 5% on Top Cashback, for Activities booked on Expedia. Plus use Citi Prestige, which I believe should be 5x TYP for Travel Agencies, and/or CSR for 3x UR as Travel.
