Save 15% on ParkWhiz parking w/ code BF15

2

A few months ago, Stephen wrote a post here about saving money with Park Whiz to book parking (See: How Park Whiz Saved Us $100+ On Parking In Chicago). I’ve since saved money with the app repeatedly; just last weekend I stayed at a Philadelphia hotel that was charging $43 per night for parking, but I was able to find a spot a block away for $20 per night. For Black Friday, Park Whiz is offering an additional 15% off when you book via the app with promo code BF15. That could be a great deal if you need to book parking.

Quick Thoughts

As noted at the top, I’ve saved money multiple times thanks to Stephen’s post. I’ve twice since stayed at hotels where parking in the hotel’s lot was cheaper when booked via Park Whiz than paying the hotel directly (in one case it even included valet and in/out privileges). I’m sure they don’t always have the cheapest price possible, but with an additional 15% off it’s probably worth taking a look if you need to book a parking space.

If you’re new to Park Whiz, I think you can sign up with a promo code and save an additional $5 on your first reservation, though I’m not absolutely positive that the referral promo is still on. Here’s Stephen’s referral.

Keep in mind that you can cancel up until the time your reservation starts without penalty, so I think there likely isn’t much risk in booking — though when I tested the coupon, I couldn’t get it to apply to parking that started next week. It worked fine for parking that started today — perhaps your booking needs to begin in the next couple of days for this to work. It’s worth a shot anyway if you need to park.
