Rakuten is offering extra cash back in categories they are billing as “essentials” through the end of the month, though they tell us that this will possibly last even longer than that. They have split up increased offers into the following categories:

While not all inclusions are necessarily “essentials”, they do mostly fit into things in which you may be interested as you sit at home social distancing.

How long does it usually take MR from Rakuten to post? I had earned some MR in Rakuten in Q4 but they’re still not in my AmEx account. I cannot find this info anywhere. They have guidelines on them sending cash to your account but nothing on MR
They send to MR the same date as it shows they would send cash back — you can find the schedule here:

My most recent points (from Q4 last year) came in on February 8th. You need to have at least 500 points earned in order to get the points. You can check your points history here and see if and when your points transferred over:
