New BOA anti-churning 24-month language on some cards (AS, TR, PR, CR)

Bank of America has added some specific anti-churning language to a number of their credit cards. I received an email today from Alaska Mileage Plan with the subject line: Earn 5,000 bonus miles by referring a friend. The email contained a link to refer friends to the Alaska Airlines Visa Sigature card and earn 5,000 miles per approval.
