While 10% off Uber gift cards probably won’t be profitable for reselling unless you have access to great rates, it’s a good discount for personal use. With a limit of two per denomination, it means you can save on up to $350 worth of Uber rides.
As Chuck notes at DoC, Walmart.com is also selling Showtime gift cards for 15% off. There are two Amex Offers – one specifically for Showtime and one for streaming services – that can save you more than 15% when stacked, so use those offers first.

You’re right that the maximum savings is $35, but that’s based on $350 worth of cards/rides.
