Through 8/31/2015, Chase & Marriott are offering an increased bonus on both the Marriott Rewards® Premier Credit Card and the Marriott Rewards® Premier Business Credit Card.

The Offer

  • Earn 80,000 bonus points after you spend $3,000 on purchases in 3 months from account opening.
  • Annual fee is NOT waived the first year. ($85 for personal, $99 for business.)

Both of these cards offer automatic silver status, 15 nights credit towards elite status annually, 1 credit towards elite status for each $3,000 spent annually and 1 free night in a category 1-5 property each year.

Old 70K Offer

There used to be an offer on the personal card that gave 70K points plus a free night upon approval, but that offer is no longer valid.

You can find more information about the cards along with the most up to date application links on the Best Signup Offers page.

    • It appears that is not possible. I dug through the terms & conditions on the credit card and found this, “Only one Marriott Rewards Credit Card account per Rewards member (Rewards member must be the primary cardmember on that account) is eligible for the 15 Nights Elite credit award. Chase is not responsible for offer fulfillment or the provision of or failure to provide the stated benefits and services.”

  1. Unfortunately, this and other deals from Chase are no longer available for most of us due to “to many card applications in past 2 years” policy. 🙁

    • Actually, It seems Chase is stricter on their UR points cards, I’ve gotten all three Chase Co-branded cards within a couple of months, first, Hyatt, then IHG, now the Marriott I’m approved for, and am waiting for it in the mail. I just got the 70K + 1 free Cat. 1-4 night, and waived AF before it was withdrawn and this 80K offer was put out. But I will say I’ll probably renew the CSP when the waived AF year ends, because I KNOW I’ll get denied if I convert it to a Freedom Card then wait a bit and apply again for the CSP! I’m seriously thinking about applying for the Fairmont card in the fall, as my wife and I are going overseas and the Fairmont has some GREAT properties, but getting 4 in about 6 months would be pushing it!

  2. I closed my Marriott Rewards Premier Credit Card in January 2015. Do you know if they allow to re-apply to this offer after 6 months? Thanks
