|The Morgan Stanley Credit Card from American Express||10K after $1K spend in 3 months|
The Morgan Stanley Credit Card from American Express is very interesting because it is one of the few Membership Rewards cards that has no annual fee and allows transferring points to airline programs. The only other Amex card with these features, that I know of, is the Amex EveryDay Card.
This card also has a number of useful category bonuses:
- 2X airfare booked directly with airline
- 2X US restaurants
- 2X select US department stores*
- 2X car rentals purchased directly from select car rental companies
* At the time of this writing, selected department stores are: Bealls, Belk, Bloomingdale’s, Bon Ton Stores, Boscov’s, Century 21 Department Stores, Dillard’s, J.C. Penney (JCP), Kohl’s, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sears, Stein Mart. Find full up-to-date list here.
Many other credit and charge cards earn Membership Rewards points which all pool together into a single balance per person. You can find a nearly complete list of Membership Rewards cards here.
