Use Citi MasterCard for $25 rebate on $25 purchase

Valid through September 14, 2014:

Get $25 back on any purchase of $25 or more when you pay via Citi Wallet.

Vendors accepting Citi Wallet include J. Crew, NewEgg (which sells gift cards to other merchants), Rakuten.com, TigerDirect, and more (see full list here).

Here’s the fine print:

* You will receive a one time statement credit after you make your first purchase of $25 or more and checkout using Citi Wallet with a Citi branded consumer MasterCard by 09/14/14. In order to qualify for this offer, the account must be open and current at the time the statement credit is applied. If your account is closed for any reason, including if you convert to another Citi product, you may no longer be eligible for this offer. Statement credit will be applied within 2 billing cycles.

Yes, you can go through a portal to get extra points or cash back. Is that what you mean?

Sorry, I meant if I have multiple Citi MasterCards can I get the $25 on each?

No, unless there’s a glitch in their system (certainly possible), its setup to be one rebate per person, not per card. If you had separate Citibank log-ons for each card it might work.

I have read that this deal is only good to the first 4,000 people. Is there any way to find out if my purchase will qualify?
