Last Chance Deals: FTU discount, tens of thousands of points, lots more ending today

0

Welcome to our weekly list of what’s ending this week as well as a collection of some of the best ongoing deals around.

The final countdown is on: there are hours left to take advantage of a number of great deals that expire this evening. If you’re interested in networking with like-minded people who have a passion for maximizing their mileage, today is the last day to save twenty bucks on your FTU ticket and get a free new book on top of it — see the post below for more on that. Today is also the final day to apply for a Serve ONE VIP card. If you aren’t banned from Serve, it can be a great (free) liquidation method for some of your PIN-based gift cards. And there are tons of opportunities to earn extra points ending today — from 10K for a hotel booking to a bunch of easy Club Carlson points or 20K Membership Rewards with a KLM booking, you could scoop up some nice payouts if you can act fast.

While we’ve reported that Chase Offers mostly haven’t been triggered by gift card purchases, I can report that I bought a coffee and a $50 Starbucks gift card and successfully received the 10% back on the entire purchase. YMMV, but if you often spend money at Starbucks, it might be worth a shot.

And don’t forget to check out the Won’t Last Long section below, where we have a terrific deal on business class award tickets that is said to be available through January 31st, but it worth a look right now.

Without further ado, here are this week’s Last Chance Deals. Those are followed by deals that Won’t Last Long and our Other Limited-time Offers. Deals in bold were posted this week.
