Gift card marketplace Raise.com is offering $10 off the purchase of $100 or more in gift cards with the code CM10. The code works on any purchase of $100 or more, so you can purchase a larger card or a combination of smaller cards.
I haven’t been able to located the exact terms of this promotion on their website, however past codes have been restricted to one use per account and I would suspect the same is the case here. Don’t forget to also use a portal to earn up to an additional 3% back on your purchase.

Are all of their cards previously activated and being resold by raise.com on the secondary market?
Raise is a secondary marketplace, so they are being sold by third party sellers.
